MomOps
MomOps is the framework for making maternal operational intelligence visible, measurable, and legible to institutions as infrastructure — not as a soft issue.
Every organisation is silently sustained by care work it does not measure. Return-to-work timelines, leave overlap, cognitive load distribution, succession gaps: the signals exist. Nobody surfaces them. By the time the financial impact of ignoring maternal intelligence is visible, the people who could have flagged the risk are already gone.
MomOps names that work as a system, not a soft issue. The framework treats maternal operational intelligence as institutional infrastructure and gives organisations the vocabulary and metrics to make it operational.
The four pillars of the ecosystem
- FemHealth Science — evidence. Women's health research discovery over 50M+ peer-reviewed papers.
- Carefolio — measurement. Five-layer assessment of organisational care infrastructure.
- MomOps.org — transformation. The framework home, essays, and community.
- Archive of the Possible — memory. Public repository of what already worked.
