Medical evidence exists. The architecture excludes the people who need it.
The Problem
Women's health evidence exists, but it is structurally hard to reach. High quality clinical research is fragmented across specialist medical databases, each with its own access logic and institutional barriers. The gap was not credibility. It was discoverability. What was missing was a neutral discovery layer that could surface peer reviewed medical evidence whilst preserving methodological standards and removing unnecessary institutional friction.

Impact & Outcomes
- Integrated access to 8 specialist medical and clinical research databases, indexing over 50 million peer reviewed papers in health and life sciences
- Implemented a Supabase powered backend for structured data storage, user state, and scalable query handling
- Designed an automated bias detection layer highlighting gender gaps, population exclusions, and methodological blind spots in published research
- Delivered two search modes: rapid clinical discovery and deep research exploration, both with advanced filtering by study type, population, and evidence strength
- Reduced cognitive and technical friction for non academic users whilst maintaining clinical validity and transparent evidence standards
